We had a very colorful and fun birding adventure guided by Mayer Jimenez Barrantes. It was a private tour to allow us to modify our pace to meet our interests and abilities. We tend to be slower, sometimes to just stop and watch or wait for behavior.
Costa Rica Focus prepared an excellent and diverse itinerary for us. From rustic locales to high end volcanic views, we enjoyed every location we visited! Mayer also took us to some local, off the tourist track spots where the hospitality and wildlife was terrific.
