This is our third trip to Bali as well as Scuba Seraya / Seraya Resort. We love the friendly and helpful resort and dive staff! They have accommodated us with dinners when we came in late from diving, we enjoyed delicious food, pleasant company and we LOVE the diving.
As long as you watch the surf getting in and out of the water, beach diving is very easy and convenient. This is a great place for night diving with a short straight walk from the shop out to some cool critter action. Most boat diving locations are a short ride away. Our equipment is loaded on the boat for us and off we go. There is a mix of macro and wide angle subjects depending on your interests. The Liberty Wreck is a popular wide angle spot which has been pretty busy every time we have gone. You will need to be patient when snapping images.
You can’t go wrong with any of the dive guides at Scuba Seraya although we were exclusively with Alit (Alex) this last trip. Having experienced local divers help us find new critters makes a big difference in the experience. We continue to see new underwater wonders each time we visit!
